Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, geographic availability, Founder Pass allocation, subscription price, or access to every planned capability.

1. Acceptance

By creating a ForgeIt account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use ForgeIt

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• One account per person — do not share accounts

3. What ForgeIt provides

ForgeIt is an AI-powered wellness intelligence platform that helps users optimise training, recovery, performance, health behaviours, and movement decisions through personalised insights.

• AI-generated workout programmes tailored to your goals and inputs

• An exercise library of 200+ research-backed exercises built for longevity, performance, and joint health

• Progress tracking, personal records, and analytics

• Cardio mapping, live safety, and wearable integrations

• A free tier with no expiry, and a Pro tier with advanced features (subscription required)

ForgeIt does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise programme if you have any health concerns.

4. Free tier

The free tier is free forever. We do not impose a time limit on free accounts. We do not remove features from the free tier without notice. If we ever change what is included in the free tier, we will notify you 30 days in advance.

5. Pro subscription

• Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually

• Payment is processed by Paystack (direct) or through the App Store / Google Play (in-app purchase)

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the billing period

• You can change plans at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

• Restore purchases from Settings → Restore Purchases if you reinstall or switch devices

• No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law

• Prices may change — we will notify you 30 days before any price increase

6. AI disclaimer

ForgeIt Intelligence provides AI-generated recommendations based on your inputs, goals, and training history.

• Recommendations are guidance only — not medical diagnosis or treatment

• AI may not account for injuries, conditions, or circumstances you have not disclosed

• You remain responsible for deciding which exercises to perform and at what intensity

• Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns

7. AI limitations

ForgeIt Intelligence continuously improves over time but may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate recommendations. Users should exercise their own judgement and discontinue any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or appears unsafe. AI-generated recommendations should never replace qualified medical, physiotherapy, nutritional, or professional advice.

8. Beta & experimental features

Some ForgeIt features are experimental or in beta, including but not limited to:

• Cardio mapping and route intelligence

• Tag-Along and live safety features

• AI-powered coaching cues and recovery recommendations

Beta features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of beta features.

9. Safety features

ForgeIt includes safety features such as FiGuardian Live Tracking, SOS alerts, and emergency contact notifications:

• These are assistance tools only — not emergency services

• ForgeIt does not guarantee emergency response or that alerts will be received

• Live tracking and SOS are not a replacement for calling 911, 112, 999, or your local emergency services

• You are responsible for choosing trusted contacts and ensuring their contact information is current

• ForgeIt is not liable for failure of safety features due to network, device, or GPS limitations

• Availability of safety features depends on device compatibility, internet connectivity, GPS availability, battery level, and recipient accessibility

10. Wearable & health device integrations

ForgeIt may integrate with wearable devices and health platforms including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Bluetooth heart-rate monitors.

• Data from these devices remains owned by you

• ForgeIt reads data only with your permission

• Wearable data may be inaccurate — ForgeIt is not liable for decisions based on inaccurate device readings

• You are responsible for ensuring your devices are properly configured and calibrated

11. Community guidelines

ForgeIt community features (including Tag-Along and future social features) require respectful conduct. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Impersonate ForgeIt staff or other users

• Use community features for commercial purposes without permission

Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, or account suspension.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ForgeIt for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to access other users' data

• Reverse engineer or copy the ForgeIt application

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

• Impersonate ForgeIt or its team members

• Interfere with service operation or infrastructure

13. Your content

Workout data, session notes, and profile information you create in ForgeIt belongs to you. You grant ForgeIt a licence to store and process this data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

14. Health disclaimer

ForgeIt provides fitness and wellness guidance based on your goals and inputs. This is not medical advice. ForgeIt is not liable for injury resulting from following workout programmes generated by the app. Train within your ability and listen to your body.

15. Intellectual property

ForgeIt Technologies Ltd. and its licensors own all intellectual property relating to ForgeIt, including but not limited to ForgeIt Intelligence™, Warrior Protocol™, software, AI systems, algorithms, exercise content, visual assets, trademarks, trade secrets, documentation, and related materials. You may not use these without written permission.

16. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to ForgeIt. We may perform maintenance that temporarily takes the service offline. We will notify users of planned downtime in advance.

17. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of liability

ForgeIt is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ForgeIt Technologies Ltd. is not liable for:

• Exercise injuries or health issues arising from following workout programmes

• Inaccurate recommendations due to incorrect user inputs

• Hardware failures, wearable inaccuracies, or device malfunctions

• Internet outages, GPS inaccuracies, or network connectivity issues

• Failure of safety features, live tracking, or SOS alerts

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app

19. Changes to terms

We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email before they take effect. Continued use of ForgeIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
